Weird Notes About Food

What are we eating?  You might not think I am being serious.  Hamburger, radish, carrot, apple, steak.  Seems not ok when you stop and consider axiology.

If there is God, then we are eating parts of God.

If there is no God, we are eating parts of a universe that could have easily meshed with our being, or with the very aspects and material that made up our being.  If you consider this, then it is like cannibalism.  I eat a piece of lettuce, but the lettuce could have come from the same stuff I did.  So, like self cannibalism.  But then thats what the lettuce does, only backwards.  It becomes the same stuff as us.

If you were God, you had better have some magical cornicopia to conjour food.  Otherwise you are eating yourself.  If you were God, you would also (sickeningly) be making the universe out of yourself.  On the other hand, this could be beautiful.  Maybe we just live inside of God's body and everything is already as it is supposed to be.

Eternal Recurrence et Nietzche

Nietzche decided that it was a fundamental aspect of life, this idea known as Eternal Recurrence, essentially that all things which have transpired will transpire again through out the duration of life.

Naturally, and from the rudiments of his own philosophy that reject God, one can provide as an analog to understanding the idea of matter (particularly atoms) working as a combination lock in terms of events and situations.

If one gathers the amount of atoms in the universe functioning as a vast combination lock filled with smaller and smaller sequences of such combination locks (which in concert with time, manufacture existence) then some pretty wonderous and frightening things become possible.

It should be noted that if the universe is limited, then there is a strict probability that the arrangement of atoms and molecules with at some points in their existence, reoccur, much in the scope of Eternal Recurrance.

However, alternately, events will not always reoccur, or they will reoccur in patterns and combinations that mirror reoccurance, without strictly abiding by a complete and total reproduction of these patterns.

The exciting point in considering the material universe as a combination lock is the premise that these patterns, when viewed through the perspective of humanity, would create the highest heavens on an abstract spectra with the most horrible hells imaginable for the human organism, based both on probability and the functioning of the matter-combination mechanism.  For instance, an Egyptian slave (a Jew) could through patterns in light, material arrangement, and probability in any instance could a)have confirmation of their religious principles through the arrangement's of the time's material combinations b) alternatively, have their disconfirmation  c)be a slave until they die d) be freed from captivity  e) become married to an Egyptian priestess f) have every concievable and inconcievable experience known to the patterning arrangements that are inherent in the material universe.

The main prospect is that Nietzchean Eternal Recurrence could be just one material patterning among several, including but not limited to the prospects of Eternal Partial Recurrence, Eternal Non-Recurrence, Chaos, Partial Chaos, Partial Order, and the Highest Set of Order.

These observations are not limited to human perceptions, but would be maintained where there is Existence.

Time Travel

It is seen, in evidence of thought, the potentialities for time travel.  After some not-so-minor considerations and two books on the subject (RE: Tricks in Time, and Apricot For Rent) the real crisis in time travel when paired with almost any earthly human technology of the time is for the ability of the time traveler species (I say species because according to the laws of physics, the time traveler would have to be bio-genetically adaptive to the passage of time rather than weilding a machine, unless the subject was somehow sufficiently advanced and capable enough to create one patterned on their own biology), the almost fate of the time traveller, to create hells beyond imagining not only for themselves but for others affected by distortions and manufactured "blocks" of time that lose any of their potency or essence of existence.

It would seem, if the being were not limited in duration or time arrived at, a compulsion for the individual to travel to the beginning if not very end of time in distance.  Observed there may be the existance of other beings in possession of such a capability, and such an observation or set of encounters could lead to the consequences of any normal human relationship, however magnified by the outset by computers, technology, and fact of time travel.  This, seemingly, could lead to horrific warfare, (including wars that were but then technically weren't even fought, and vice versa), grand sweeping love affairs, tedious hells, plateaus of justice, and the whole sweep of literary notions as ungiven at this time.

One could imagine then, the difficulties as well of navigating time.  Normal biology does this automatically, more or less, unless there is an upset in the organism, and it could be theorized here (as if by a plant or flower) that death may be a mishap the organism has while engrained in time, or alternatively an evolutionary opportunity.
